Lukasz Design Studio is a boutique creative practice that turns ideas into polished, production‑ready work. We focus on thoughtful concepting and meticulous execution so designs not only look exceptional but are built to perform in real production and retail environments. Our approach is practical and client‑centered, with an emphasis on clarity, hierarchy, and manufacturability.
Because we are intentionally small and senior‑led, clients benefit from direct access to the lead creative and a streamlined process that reduces friction and speeds decisions. That hands‑on collaboration means fewer revisions, faster time to market, and a consistent creative voice from brief through final delivery – without the overhead or bureaucracy of larger firms.

Owner and Creative Director Luke Pawliszyn brings deep editorial and commercial experience to the studio. He served as Art and Advertising Director for the Crustacean Restaurants Group across Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, and San Francisco, and has held full‑time design roles at The Hollywood Reporter and Scholastic. Those positions shaped a disciplined, deadline‑driven practice that balances strong visual storytelling with real‑world production demands.
Most recently Luke served as Art Director and Designer for PBE MAG (Permian Basin Energy Magazine), a monthly oil and gas industry publication, where he managed redesign and ongoing monthly production. His editorial work also includes projects for The Autism Perspective, Eating Magazine, LA Confidential, Brentwood Magazine, Menu Magazine, and Focus on Shoes, as well as corporate and coffee‑table books for clients such as Burger King and Richard Franklin Photography.
Beyond creative direction, the studio offers hands‑on expertise in art direction, product photography and retouching, pre‑press and print supervision, and modern production workflows. We combine traditional craft with contemporary tools to deliver work that reads beautifully in both flat artwork and real‑world environments, and we tailor each engagement to meet the client’s timeline, budget, and confidentiality needs.
Bio - Luke Pawliszyn - Creative Director and Founder
Born in Poland in the 1970s, Luke moved to New York in 1993 to pursue a career in design and later graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. For more than two decades he has led Lukasz Design Studio from NY to LA, delivering concept‑to‑production creative for 357+ brands and guiding 40+ long‑term clients through repeated product launches and retail rollouts.
Luke combines a European design sensibility with rigorous U.S. production expertise to create FDA‑compliant packaging and multi‑SKU label systems that balance elevated aesthetics with technical precision — from regulatory‑ready dielines and ingredient hierarchy to color management, press checks, and vendor coordination. His work spans bottles, jars, cartons, pouches, blisters, sleeves, and tins, and includes catalogs, trade‑show systems, and executive publications for clients such as Burger King, Red Bull, and Safrel Pharma. An award‑winning creative director recognized by Clutch.co and other industry honors, Luke directs product photography, Photoshop mockups, and AI‑enhanced lifestyle visualization so clients can preview how designs will perform in real environments before committing to production.
