That depends on many factors and intensity of your designs. We are very fast and deliver first drafts/designs in less than a week. $100 extra charge for special rush is available where we can complete designs in 24-48 hours.
NO. We deliver unlimited revisions of the graphic designs until you are completely satisfied with our work. When you’re happy then we are happy too.
We generally take 50% deposit to begin work on your design. Depending on the project size, the balance will be paid at completion of your designs. We accept PayPal, major credit cards, cash & checks.
PayPal is the biggest payment portal in the Internet,through which you will be able to pay with your credit card, or with your existing PayPal account. PayPal is very secure and easy to use: you will receive an email containing a link to pay. You do not need to have nor sign up for PayPal account in order to pay with CC, just follow prompts to continue with you transaction.
We will follow up with you, you will receive email updates/preliminary designs and will have a set timeline to answer and review, which we will continuously update and follow. We can also log into TeamViewer or GoToMeeting to do instant changes and correction live by you watching it on your browser window. Skype or Facetime is great too.

YES, all source files are delivered after balance payment is received and the project is complete. Source files are usually sent via email or can be placed on your FTP or Dropbox. Burn CD/DVD also can be mailed to you. You will get files according to the most suitable formats for printing and web, like PDF, JPEG, PNG. Source files are usually in Adobe Illustrator AI or EPS or Photoshop PSD, files that were used to develop the project, this is very important and will give you freedom to make future revisions.
